• COARSE SPONGE - Filters out sizeable debris like food residue, fish waste, and plant leaves. Recommend to replace once every 2 months.
• CARBONIZED SPONGE - Soaks up chlorine and fine particulates, effectively removing odors. Recommend to replace once every month.
• FINE SPONGE - Polishes water before it goes back to tank. Recommend to replace once every 2 months.
• ROUTINE CLEANING – Depending on the environment in your aquarium tank, do the cleaning at least every 2 weeks. To do the cleaning, simply take out the filter sponges and rinse with clean water.
